Shipping policy

  • Production time can be found on all product pages.
  • If you ordered multiple products and one takes 1-2 weeks, while another takes 2-3 weeks, all products will be shipped together, no matter the time it takes to make them.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude all major U.S. holidays.
  • Most orders ship via USPS first class or priority mail. We do try to ship out fast than our production time, in hopes you receive your product sooner!
  • All products come with shipping notice, so as soon as we ship your products, you will get an email or text!
  • We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facilities, but we are happy to help you understand tracking or solve any issues that may arise.
